Hi there! I'm Delaire Gackle -- director, editor, and cinematographer.

Graduating from the University of Georgia with an A.B. in Film Studies and a certificate in Film and Media Scoring in 2024, I returned to the University of Georgia to pursue an M.F.A. in Film, Television, and Digital Media, receiving my Masters in 2026.

Throughout my career, I have built extensive experience in filmmaking - whether it be writing and directing an original work, showcasing my abilities as a camera operator and director of photography, or spending hours in an editing bay working in post production, I have deeply dedicated my life to the boundlessly creative medium of film.

 

My experience has allowed me to expand my creativity past their boundaries. I enjoy tackling projects that will challenge me whilst also letting me explore every aspect of my creativity.

 

But most importantly, I am a team player - I strive for every one of my sets to be a place for creatives to share a vision as one, working with others compassionately and with understanding. With these skills, I am consistently ready prepared to work and communicate with a new team at any given notice.
